Refunds & Returns
At Suzy Rocks, each of our artisan rock fountains is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on purchased fountains, including custom orders. Please ensure that your purchase meets your expectations before completing the transaction.
Damage & Repairs
If your fountain arrives damaged due to delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the damage and determine whether a repair, replacement, or partial refund is appropriate.
For repairs outside of delivery-related damage, we offer repair services at an additional cost. Please contact us directly to discuss repair options and associated fees.
Delivery & Installation
Suzy Rocks provides local delivery and professional installation services in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New York. Delivery outside of these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional fees. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not offer shipping services via mail or courier.
